The RICOH Pro C9500 delivers outstanding color quality, precise front-to-back registration and production speeds of up to 115 pages per minute, with an upgrade increasing output to 135 pages per minute. It produces detailed images at resolutions up to 2400 × 4800 dpi and supports a broad selection of coated, uncoated, synthetic and specialty stocks weighing up to 470 gsm. The press can also accommodate oversized sheets up to 49.6 inches for applications such as book covers, multi-panel brochures, signage and specialty marketing materials. Maximum width 13"

Paired with the Plockmatic PBM500e, printed sheets can move directly from the press into an automated inline booklet-making workflow. The PBM500e compiles, staples and folds sets of up to 50 sheets, producing saddle-stitched booklets containing as many as 200 printed pages. It accommodates common sheet sizes through 12 × 18 inches and supports coated and uncoated stocks up to 300 gsm, with heavier media supported under certain conditions. In-line face trimming for a clean, even booklet edge, square folding for a flatter booklet with a printable spine, preprinted cover insertion, and rotation, creasing and bleed trimming for professional full-bleed booklets.

This combination is ideal for producing catalogs, instruction manuals, event programs, magazines, workbooks, newsletters, product guides and short-run books. The RICOH Pro C9500 equipped with a GBC StreamPunch Ultra is a high-performance digital color production system.

The RICOH Pro C9500 delivers exceptional color quality, precise front-to-back registration and dependable high-volume productivity. It prints at speeds of up to 115 pages per minute, with an optional upgrade to 135 pages per minute, and supports a wide variety of coated, uncoated, synthetic and specialty stocks. Its advanced media-handling capabilities make it suitable for producing brochures, catalogs, manuals, presentation materials, direct-mail pieces and other professional printed products.

The integrated GBC StreamPunch Ultra automatically punches printed sheets as they exit the press, eliminating the need for a separate offline punching operation. Interchangeable die sets allow the system to create several popular hole patterns for plastic coil and three-ring binder and other mechanical binding applications. Selectable punching pins also provide flexibility for different sheet sizes and binding configurations.

Because printing and punching are completed in one continuous inline process, the system reduces manual labor, limits unnecessary material handling and improves production turnaround times. Printed sets exit the machine accurately punched and ready for binding, assembly or insertion into binders.

The RICOH Pro C9210 paired with an inline Plockmatic PBM5050 is a high-performance digital color production and booklet-finishing system designed.

The RICOH Pro C9200 produces professional-quality color output at speeds of up to 115 pages per minute. It offers a maximum resolution of 2400 × 4800 dpi, accurate front-to-back registration and reliable performance for long production runs. The press supports a broad range of coated, uncoated, synthetic and specialty media, including stocks weighing up to 470 gsm and oversized sheets up to 49.6 inches long, maximum width 13".

Connected directly to the press, the Plockmatic PBM5050 automatically receives printed and collated sheets, then staples and folds them into professionally finished saddle-stitched booklets. The booklet maker can process sets containing up to 50 sheets of 20 lb. bond paper, producing booklets of up to 200 printed pages.

The Plockmatic system includes face trimming, square-folding and bleed-trimming modules. These options produce cleaner edges, flatter booklets and a square-spine appearance similar to a perfect-bound book. 4 stitching heads make it possible for 2up smaller booklets.

Because printing, collating, stapling, folding and trimming are completed in one continuous inline workflow, the system greatly reduces manual handling and separate bindery operations. Finished booklets can exit the equipment ready for packing and fast delivery.
